Now it looks like the Houston quarterback is staying put, though he will redshirt this season.Earlier today, reports emerged saying that King would sit out the rest of the 2019 season, utilizing a redshirt year. He would then look to graduate transfer in the offseason.Those reports cited a tweet from King’s father, but the dynamic dual-threat himself said he still had to meet with UH coach Dana Holgorsen before making a final decision. Now, King’s choice has been revealed.Houston announced moments ago on Twitter that King and wide receiver Keith Corbin will redshirt this season with the goal of suiting up for the Cougars in 2020.
