With the choice largely narrowed down to a pair of Big 12 titans, Watts has made his decision.Taking to Twitter on Sunday, Watts announced that he was committing to the Oklahoma Sooners over Texas. “I am #COMMITTED to The University of Oklahoma,” he wrote in a post.Watts is considered the No. 341 overall prospect in the Class of 2020, per 247Sports.
