H, Wellington.•10 a.m. Officers investigated a battery in the 200 block E. 3rd, Wellington.•10:50 a.m. Non-Injury, hit and run accident in the 900 block E. 7th, Wellington involved an unknown vehicle and a parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by Connie Jaramillo, Wellington.•11:30 a.m. Officers took a report of found wallet in the 100 block W. Lincoln, Wellington. It was returned to owner.•2 p.m. Officers investigated a theft of license plate in the 1400 block N. Olive, Wellington.•On October 5, 2014 at  2:28 p.m. Officers conducted an outside agency assist in the 900 block E. Lincoln, Wellington.•3:28 p.m. Officers took a report of a domestic dispute by a known subject(s) in the 300 block N. F, Wellington.•3:55 p.m. Officers took a report of children in need of care in the 1000 block W. College, Wellington.•Tammy L. DeBuhr, 43, Wellington was served a summons to appear for dog at large.•Gregg A. Finney, 39, Wellington was served a summons to appear for theft of services.•7:28 p.m. Non-Injury accident in the 900 block N. A, Wellington involving vehicles operated by Rebecca L.
