A nearby car was also damaged. The man was taken to a hospital. Police say he is lucky to be alive and conscious. The explosion took place in the parking lot of The Restaurant Store where the driver is a frequent customer.A manager at The Restaurant Store told CBS he rushed out of the store and called 911 when he heard the explosion.Authorities classified the incident as a “violent rumble” rather than an explosion since there was no fire. Photos from the scene show that the vehicle belonged to Farm-to-Table Catering, a Woodstock, Maryland, business. The car, a black Chevrolet HHR, is emblazoned with the company slogan: “We breed ’em and feed em.’” That business is part of Braglio Farms, a family owned and operated farm established in 1962.The farm breeds and rears pigs and cows. The company serves the pork and beef in their own restaurants in addition to offering the products to customers.A phone call to Braglio Farms led to a voicemail. The company did not immediately respond to a Facebook message. From  QualityAuto 720p480p360p240pRewind 10 SecondsNext UpLive00:0000:0000:00ChromecastClosed CaptionsSettingsFullscreen  click to watch video Follow Ivan on Twitter: @ivanpentchoukov US News Car Explodes After Man Sprays Deodorant and Lights Cigarette By Ivan Pentchoukov March 1, 2018 Updated: March 1, 2018 Recommended Video: How Doctors in China Turn into Murdererscenter_img Share this article Show Discussion  LINKEDINPINTERESTREDDITTUMBLRSTUMBLEUPON   Sharelast_img read more
